You provide documents, timeline, and buyer list. Manage: one session, 2–3 hours. Enterprise: scoping workshop plus integration phase.

We run a test with one buyer before going live across the project. You validate before any real buyer interaction.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
You get full IZIKEY.Assist free for 30 days — memory, your private document hub, the whole journey toolset. If it's not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you're not charged. No catch. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is included.
What does Assist cost?
€49 per quarter, €89 per 6 months, or €149 per year — all incl. BTW, and every option is cheaper per month than a generic AI subscription. You pick the term against how much of your journey is left; the year is the best value. You're buying a €400k+ home, so a coordinator that remembers your project and walks the whole journey with you is a rounding error against that.
Can a developer gift Assist to buyers?
Yes. Developers on Manage and Enterprise can gift Assist access to prospective buyers as a signup bonus. A lower-cost entry into the IZIKEY experience — useful for pre-reservation outreach or high-interest projects where you want to add perceived value without full Manage commitment.
Why isn't Manage or Enterprise pricing on this page?
Every project differs on size, complexity, integration, and timeline. We price each deployment on a call rather than forcing you into a sticker that doesn\'t fit. Most pricing conversations take 20 minutes.
Can I change term or cancel?
Yes. Start on any term and move to another when it renews; cancel anytime before a renewal and it simply doesn't renew. For developers, Manage and Enterprise share the same platform — start with Manage for one project, then scope Enterprise when ready for white-label and integration.
Is IZIKEY AVG/GDPR compliant?
Yes. We operate under a data processing agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst) with every developer. Data is stored on EU servers (Zurich). Buyer identity documents are never shared or used for model training.
